Key Benefits

Fully automatic purge process

The simple and intuitive design ensures ease of use, and reduces manual steps to be taken, especially with repeated purging. Once started, the purging process is automatic, from start to finish.

Humidity control for reliable performance

Dew point is measured at the outlet of the system to ensure reliable monitoring throughout the purge cycle. Purging is done until the target dew point is reached and positive pressure is maintained to prevent moisture ingress.

Built-in leak test and pressurization

The unit can begin with a leak test, complete the purge cycle, and finish by pressurizing the housing to the configured level.

Easy to install and operate

Snap-lock connectors, one-button start, and no need for external control devices make the unit simple to deploy in workshop and service environments.

Clear user feedback

The integrated LCD display provides process visibility, while optional visual and audio feedback can notify the user when purging is complete.

Customizable profile settings

Save and recall purge profiles with predefined dew point and pressure settings for different systems or maintenance procedures. This makes it easy to switch between setups and supports consistent maintenance.

How It Works

Built for efficient maintenance, the CST LAB Purge Unit makes purging straightforward and repeatable. Once connected, the unit automatically manages the purge cycle, leak test, and housing pressure.

  1. Connect dry air or nitrogen and attach the equipment

  2. Power “ON” the unit and configure your settings/profile

  3. Start the purge cycle

  4. The unit displays a notification when the target dew point is reached

  5. The equipment is automatically pressurized when purging is stopped

This gives maintenance teams a controlled and repeatable purge process with integrated leak testing, dew point control, and automatic pressure management.
