Before returning a product for service or repair, you must first obtain an RMA number. Please send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with information about product name, serial number, reason for return (e.g. fault description) and your contact details. You will then receive an RMA number within 2 working days. Make sure to include the RMA number with the shipment.
